I use USPS shipping and shipping times vary depending on the item and where you are located. I make most items to order, and it will typically take 5-7 business days within the United States and anywhere between 7-21 days for other countries, though I cannot guarantee certain timeframes. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs. 

I ship internationally with flat rate fees! Once a package leaves my hands, I am not responsible for delays, stolen or damaged items, or lost packages.

I do not accept returns or exchanges for any products or services. Please contact me if you are not satisfied with your order. Refunds are given on a case-by-case basis. I am happy to cancel an order and refund you if you contact me before it has shipped, unless it is a custom product that has already been made.
